Abstract:
During thelast decade, Globalcompetition,rapid changes intechnology and theincreasingdiversityofproductshas increased. This emphasis on continuous improvement of the organization’s strategy as a competitive and strategic need of many businesses around the world.One of the challenges for any organization in the strategic management process, current building strategies that are defined in the senior. Therefore, in this study, an integrated model of the balanced scorecard approach and Hoshin-Kanri, known as a strategic management tools, have been presented. Strengths of each of the models have been used to develop an integrated model to focus on the process of organizational strategy, structure and implementation of the current building to be there.
The model presented in this study in the automotive industry, iran khodro has been examined and tested. Research data was collected using questionnaires and secondary data. Using exploratory factor analysis, which identified the structure of the conceptual model, and then used to assess the quality of the results of analysis of variance in SPSS 13 software finally, the proposed model is verified on the basis of research findings, And Applied Research offers were presented to managers and researchers.
