Abstract
Growth changes in organizations and on the other hand strong need to utilization of information and communication technology possibly implied that applying changes in organization and corresponding changes in functionality and information technology structure and hardware and software and information infrastructure have to be synchronised.One of the most important approaches which leads to this goal is service oriented architecture .The most important achievement of creating service oriented architecture is the need for increasing flexibility and speed and agility of it for need to change and consequent changes in the structure of the IT organization.According to broad scope of enterprise architecture projects,it is worthy before implementation and the related major cost, organization can be notified of its ability to adopt this new approach .Proper understanding of organizational readiness is very critical to correct orientation efforts and develop appropriate strategies.
The main goal of this study is presenting a model in order to identify factors through which an organization’s readiness to implement service-oriented architecture can be evaluated .Mamdani fuzzy logic has been used to designing this evaluating model.After reviewing the relevant theoretical , readiness factors and indicators have been extracted and analysed .In the following the proposed model is presented and the state of readiness of an organization is studied.By using this evaluated model , organizations can realize their strengths points and identify their improvement areas and according to the proposed solutions increase their readiness.
